That the provisions of subsection (2) of section 76 of
the Companies Act 1955, shall not apply as regards any
creditors of the applicant company and that publication of
the notice of presentation of the said motion and of the
date of hearing thereof be dispensed with. -
That the distribution from the share premium account
referred to in the resolution of 25 September 1975 is con-
firmed on the following terms and conditions:
(a) Parts (b) and (c) of resolution No. 2 be not varied
without the prior approval of this Court.
(b) So long as any part of the existing share premium
account amounting to $785.738 is undistributed, the
accounts of the company shall be noted so as to
show—
(i) The existence of the resolution of 25 Septem-
ber 1975, and
(ii) What part of the account remains undistributed
but still subject to the resolution.

That it shall not be necessary for any minute relating
to the distribution of the share premium account as above
authorised to be produced to and registered by the Registrar
of Companies pursuant to section 78 of the Companies Act
1955 but that a sealed copy of the order of the Court be
registered with the Registrar of Companies. -
That notice of registration of this order be published
once in the New Zealand Gazette.

LINCOLN COLLEGE ELECTIONS 1975
I hereby give public notice of the result of the annual elec-
tion held on Monday, 1 December 1975, to fill two vacancies
on the Council of Lincoln College.
One member to be elected by such of the members of
the House of Representatives as for the time being represent
electoral districts within the South Island, the members of
the House of Representatives, immediately before its dis-
solution on 12 October 1975, having been deemed for the
purpose of this election to have remained in office at the
closing of the College electoral roll on 3 November 1975:

R. L. G. Talbot, M.P.-3 votes
I hereby declare Thomas Kerry Burke to be a duly re-
elected member of the Lincoln College Council for a period
of 3 years commencing on the 1st day of January 1976.
One member, not being in the employment of the Lincoln
College Council, to be elected by the graduates of the
University of New Zealand, and of the University of Canter-
bury, whose names are on the books of the College, and
the holders of diplomas granted by the College:

I hereby declare Thomas Drummond James Holderness
to be a duly re-elected member of the Lincoln College
Council for a period of 3 years commencing on the 1st day
of January 1976.

PROVISIONAL SCHEME-OBJECTION PERIOD EXTENDED
PURSUANT to the Local Government Act 1974, the Local
Government Commission advises that the closing date for
objections to the above provisional scheme (first publicly
notified on Wednesday, 5 November) is hereby extended to
12 February 1976.
Pursuant to section 20 of the Local Government Act 1974,
written objections to the provisional scheme may be lodged
by any person or body interested not later than 10 February
1976. Should no objections be lodged during that period the
Local Government Commission may approve the provisional
scheme as a final scheme.
