Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block XI, Puketapu Survey District, Hawke's Bay County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hawke's Bay; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so closed vest in Brian Phillip Yule, of Eskdale, farmer, as tenant-in-common as to a one half share and Brian Phillip Yule, abovenamed, and Arthur Herbert Robinson, of Napier, solicitor, jointly, as tenants-in common as to the other half share, subject to mortgages 159987, 190444, 210450 and 315915.1, Hawke's Bay Land Registry.

Appointment of the Hauraki Catchment Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Hauraki Catchment Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for soil conservation and river control purposes. This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 12 August 1975 and published in Gazette, 21 August 1975, No. 69, p. 1863, and that notice is hereby cancelled.

Board Appointed to Have Control of Hutchinson Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Hawke’s Bay Land District, ex officio, the member for the Hawke’s Bay Electoral District, ex officio, the member for the Hawke’s Bay County Council representing the Puketapu Riding, ex officio, Arthur Richard Hutchinson Absolom, Eric David Carswell, Gordon Cyril Holt, Gerald Dennis Simcox, and Thomas Stuart Turner, to be the Hutchinson Scenic Reserve Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act as a scenic reserve.
