IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of 'CIRCUIT MANAGEMENTS LTD. (in liquidation): NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 290 of the Companies Act 1955 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at Logan Park Motor Hotel, 187 Campbell Road, Greenlane, Auckland 5, on the 19th day of December 1975, at 9.15 o'clock in the forenoon, or so soon thereafter as the meeting of creditors of Circuit Developments Ltd. (in liquidation) called for 9.00 o'clock in the forenoon on the same day and at the same place shall have concluded.

Agenda:

(a) To lay before the meeting the liquidators account of the winding up during the preceding year.
(b) To fill two vacancies occurring in the committee of inspection.
