Amending the Foreshore Licence Authorising Milnthorpe Harbour Co. Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Wharf at Miln-thorpe in Parapara Inlet.
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the licence of 5 April 1971* authorising Milnthorpe Harbour Co. Ltd. to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Parapara Inlet as a site for a wharf, is hereby amended by deleting the name "Milnthorpe Harbour Co. Ltd." and substituting the name "Talleys Fisheries Ltd."

The Motor Launch (Lake Tekapo) Notice 1975-Mackenzie County Council
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give the following notice:
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Lake Tekapo) Notice 1975.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette and shall remain in force until revoked by further notice in the Gazette. -
Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply with respect to the area described in the First Schedule hereto and as also shown on plan M.D. 15712.

Notice is hereby given that the notice of 23 November 1971† declaring an area for the Operation of Motor Launches and water skiers at Lake Tekapo—Mackenzie County Council is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water in Lake Tekapo situated in Block XIII, Tekapo Survey District, bounded by lines commencing at a point on the lake edge reserve bearing 341° distant 194 m from the north-west corner of the Lake Tekapo Power Boat and Waterski Clubhouse; thence in a north-easterly direction, bearing 074° distance 500 m; thence north-easterly bearing 054° distance 370 m; thence due south bearing 180° distance 650 m; thence westerly bearing 274° distance 610 m; thence north-westerly bearing 328° distance 315 m to the point of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE

Two 2.5 m transit posts with a distance of 20 m between and painted with 300 mm bright orange and black bands and having a triangular top mark painted white shall be erected on land in line with the limiting line defined in the First Schedule as bearing 074° distance 500 m, the first post being sited on the lake margin at normal lake level.

Two 2.5 m transit posts with a distance of 20 m between and painted with 300 mm bright orange and black bands and having a triangular top mark painted white shall be erected on land in line with the limiting line defined in the First Schedule as bearing 274° distance 610 m, the first post being sited on the lake margin at normal lake level.

The area described in the First Schedule hereto shall be shown cross hatched on a plan of the lake on a scale of not less than 25 m to 10 mm which shall be displayed on the lower portion of a noticeboard measuring not less than 800 mm x 600 mm painted white with black lettering, which noticeboard shall be displayed at the place where boats are normally launched.

The upper portion of the said noticeboard shall contain the following notice:
"NOTICE
MOTOR LAUNCH REGULATIONS 1962
Access lane through which motor launches and water skiers may pass at speeds greater than 5 miles per hour.
BATHERS KEEP OUT"

The Motor Launch (Lake Brunner) Notice 1975-Grey County Council
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give the following notice:
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Lake Brunner) Notice 1975.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette and shall remain in force until revoked by further notice in the Gazette. -
Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply with respect to the areas described in the First Schedule hereto, as also shown on plan M.D. 15713.
FIRST SCHEDULE

All that area of water at Bain Bay, situated on the western side of Lake Brunner, Block XI, Hohonu Survey District, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 152 m apart, extending in a 141° true direction 200 m from the edge of the water, the northern boundary commencing at a marker post situated at a point on the edge of the lake bearing 040° distant 46 m from the root of the remains of the old jetty.

All that area of water at Iveagh Bay, situated on the eastern side of Lake Brunner, Block IX, Te Kinga Survey District, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 203 m apart, extending in a 256° true direction 200 m from the edge of the water, the northern boundary commencing at a marker post situated at a point on the edge of the lake bearing 160° distant 272 m from the eastern side of the entrance to Cashmere Bay.

All that area of water at the northern end of Lake Brunner near the source of the Arnold River, Block VIII, Hohonu Survey District, bounded on the sides by parallel lines 133 m apart, extending in a 117° true direction 200 m from the edge of the water, the northern boundary commencing at a marker post situated at a point on the edge of the lake bearing 236° distant 254 m from the eastern side of the outlet of the lake at the Arnold River.
SECOND SCHEDULE
THE access lanes shall be marked as follows:

Two 2.5 m transit posts with a distance of not less than 3 m or more than 6 m between with 300 mm bright orange and black bands shall be erected on land in line with each side of each access lane, the first post being sited on the margin of the lake at normal lake level.

On each side of the transit posts sited on the lake margin at normal lake level there shall be fastened in line with the sides of the access lanes a notice-board measuring not less than 800 mm x 600 mm painted bright orange with black lettering in the following form:
"NOTICE
MOTOR LAUNCH REGULATIONS 1962
Access lane through which motor launches and water skiers may pass at speeds greater than 5 miles per hour.
BATHERS KEEP OUT"
