CORRIGENDUM
In the notice headed Canterbury Education Board—Election
of Member—Christchurch No. 3 Ward, published in New
Zealand Gazette, 16 October 1975, No. 87, p. 2291, for
“Brandon, Jack Sidney” read “Branton, Jack Sidney”, which
last-mentioned name appears in the original notice signed
by the Returning Officer.
Declaring Land in Wellington Land District, Vested in the
Wanganui Education Board as a Site for a School, to be
Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site for a
school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and
discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but
subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affect-
ing the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
Wellington Land District-Manawatu County
Lot 1, L.T. 35242, situated in Block XV, Rangitoto Survey
District: area, 1.3021 hectares, more or less. All certificate
of title 410/44 and part certificate of title 96/273.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 21st day of November 1975.
