Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Dunedin-
Milton Motorway in the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the
leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, held by Dunedin Car Exchange Limited, a duly incor-
porated company having its registered office in Dunedin, under
and by virtue of lease No. 226908, Otago Land Registry, is
hereby taken for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway, and the lease-
hold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto,
held by Dunedin Car Exchange Limited, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office in Dunedin, under and
by virtue of lease No. 322066, Otago Land Registry, is hereby
taken for the Dunedin-Milton Motorway from and after
the 4th day of December 1975.
