Appointment of Members of Television Service One and Television Service Two


Pursuant to section 44 of the Broadcasting Act 1973, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint

Maximilian Phillip Whatman
of Christchurch, to be a member of Television Service One for a term of 5 years commencing on the 18th day of December 1975; and

Ruth Black
of Auckland, to be a member of Television Service Two for a term of 5 years commencing on the 18th day of December 1975.

Appointment of Secretary for Transport for Collection of Heavy-traffic Fees


Pursuant to subclause (3) of regulation 18 of the Motor Vehicle Taxation Regulations 1966*, the Minister of Transport hereby appoints the Secretary for Transport to be the licensing authority for the purpose of collecting heavy-traffic fees due under the said regulations for Porirua City.
