TARANAKI COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD-MANGATI ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Taranaki County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Taranaki County Council, Robe Street, New Plymouth, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and their respective amendments:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf to execute a certain public work, namely, to take land for housing purposes in Parkvale Road, Karori, in the City of Wellington and for the purpose of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereto further given that a plan of the land which is required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Municipal Offices Building, 5 Mercer Street, in the said City, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. And that any person affected by the taking of the said land should, if he has any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation send his written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, 172 The Terrace, Wellington. And notice is hereby further given that if any objection is made as aforesaid a public hearing of that objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of that hearing and at that hearing each objector will be advised of the reason for the proposed taking.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing 6006 square metres, more or less, situate in the City of Wellington, being part Section 37, Karori District, and being the land comprised and described in deeds index 4/673; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 6974T and thereon marked “A”. This land is the area opposite the intersection of Cornford Street and Parkvale Road which adjoins the eastern side of Parkvale Road and runs in a north-westerly direction to the Johnston Hill Domain.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

SPECIAL ORDER

THE Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 40, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all the powers enabling it on that behalf doth hereby resolve by special resolution intended to operate as a special order to raise the sum of four million two hundred thousand dollars ($4,200,000) as a special loan to be known as Airport Loan No. 5, 1975, $4,200,000, for the purposes of and incidental to the meeting of the Authority's share of the cost on capital expenditure for development at Auckland International Airport.

The foregoing special order was passed at an ordinary meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority held on 20 October 1975 and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority held on 17 November 1975, having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star, on 25 October 1975 and on 8 November 1975.

The common seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was hereunto affixed in the presence of the Chairman and Secretary:

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of MAYNE NICKLESS LTD. :

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court dated the 13th day of October 1975 confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $1,000,000 to $900,000 and the minute approved by the Court, showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above statute, was registered by the Registrar of Companies, Wellington, on the 20th day of November 1975; and notice is further given that the said minute is in the words and figures following:

"The capital of MAYNE NICKLESS LIMITED is $900,000 divided into 450,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each having been reduced from $1,000,000 divided into 500,000 ordinary shares of $2 each fully paid."

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of TANNER BROTHERS LIMITED a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, holding company:

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 28th day of October 1974 confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $32,000 to $29,600 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the abovementioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 22nd day of January 1975. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

"The capital of TANNER BROTHERS LIMITED is $29,600 divided into 14,800 fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each having been reduced from $32,000 divided into 14,800 fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each and 1,200 unpaid ordinary shares of $2 each."
