Revoking the Notice Declaring an Area Exempted from Portions of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962
Pursuant to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962, I, Owen John Conway of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the notice of 14 December 1971 declaring that area of the Wanganui River upstream of a line across the river bearing 134° true from the southern corner of the Raorikia Native Reserve be exempted from regulation 11 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 is hereby revoked.

Amending the Licence Authorising the Westland County Council to Occupy a Site for a Wharf at Jackson’s Bay, South Westland
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the licence of 3 February 1964 vesting in the Westland County Council the management of the wharf at Jackson’s Bay, South Westland, is hereby amended by deleting the phrase “MD 7678 and MD 7706” and substituting the phrase “MD 7678, MD 7706, and MD 15682”.
