Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Wairewa County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by the Central Canterbury Electric Power Board, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity No. 1790, recorded in Volume 351, folio 107, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 27th day of November 1975.

All that piece of land containing 88 square metres, situated in Block III, Ellesmere Survey District, being part Lot 1 of Section 1B, Block VII, Reserve 959; as shown on plan S.O. 9572 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch, and thereon coloured orange.
