Chairman, Deputy Chairman, and Members of Commerce
Commission Appointed

PURSUANT to sections 3 and 4 of the Commerce Act 1975,
and section 3 of the Deputy Governor's Powers Act 1912,
His Excellency the Governor-General, by his Deputy, has
been pleased to appoint:

Bruce Bornholdt, Esquire, solicitor, of Wellington, to be
a member and Chairman of the Commerce Commission
for a term of 5 years commencing on the 7th day of
November 1975.

Margaret Ann Hercus, married woman, of Christchurch, to
be a member and Deputy Chairman of the Commerce
Commission for a term of 3 years commencing on the
7th day of November 1975.

Mervyn Roy Buckett, Esquire, company director, of Plim-
merton, to be a member of the Commerce Commission

for a term of 3 years commencing on the 7th day of
November 1975.

Rawdon Hargreaves Busfield, Esquire, company director,
of Auckland, to be a member of the Commerce Com-
mission for a term of 2 years commencing on the 7th day
of November 1975.

Kevin Benjamin O'Brien, Esquire, business consultant, of
Wellington, to be a member of the Commerce Com-
mission for a term of 2 years commencing on the 7th day
of November 1975.

John Robert Tipping, Esquire, accountant, of Wellington,
to be a member of the Commerce Commission for a
term of 5 years commencing on the 7th day of November
1975.
