PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 the Minister of Works and Development hereby—
(a) declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) stops the said road.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 3 roods and 36.4 perches (3955 square metres), situated in Block XII, Uawa Survey District, Gisborne R.D., adjoining or passing through Lots 51, 34, and 42, D.P. 1323, being part Paramata Block; as shown on the plan marked M.O.W. 27652 (S.O. 6327), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Buller County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ian Robert Morgan, of Mokihinui, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 846, recorded in Volume 51, folio 188, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road,
from and after the 20th day of November 1975.

in Block XI, Nuhaka North Survey District, Wairoa County, the Declaration, dated the 28th day of November 1972, and published in Gazette, of 7 December 1972, No. 100, at page 2748, declaring leasehold estate in land taken for the purposes of a road in Block XI, Nuhaka North Survey District, Wairoa County, and the notice, dated the 1st day of December 1972, and published in Gazette of 19 December 1972, No. 103, at page 2835, proclaiming land as road, road closed, and land taken in Blocks XI and XV, Nuhaka North Survey District, Wairoa County, insofar as they affect the land described in the Schedule hereto.
