A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Raglan as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of November 1975.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block X, Alexandra Survey District, described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 2 0 Part Allotment 419, Parish of Pirongia; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 2.5 Part bed of Te Kauri Stream; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.
0 0 1 Part bed of Te Kauri Stream; coloured sepia on plan.
As shown on plan S.O. 47634 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of November 1975.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.

All that piece of land containing 10.56 perches situated in Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District, Marlborough County, being Lot 4, D.P. 1214, and being part Sections 101 and 102, Town of Havelock. Formerly all certificate of title, Volume 41, folio 234, Marlborough Land Registry and being all the land contained in Proclamation No. 32175.
