NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was
on the 22nd day of October 1975 presented to the said Court
by REIDRUBBER LIMITED a duly incorporated company having
its registered office at Auckland and the said petition is
directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Rotorua
on the 21st day of November 1975 at 10 o'clock in the
forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said com-
pany desirous to support or oppose the making of an order
on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in
person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of
the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any
creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a
copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

FEILDING BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal
Corporations Act 1954:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Feilding Borough Council
proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts
and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in
that behalf to execute a certain public work, namely, to
provide land for the extension of the municipal rubbish
dump at Ranfurly Road in the County of Manawatu, and
for the purpose of such public work the lands described
in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, and notice
is hereby further given that a plan of the land which is
required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
Town Clerk of the said Council at 135 Manchester Street,
Feilding, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons
during ordinary office hours. Every person directly affected
is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection
he may wish to make to the execution of such public work
or to the taking of such land, not being an objection to
the amount or payment of compensation, and to send such
written objection within 40 days of the first publication of
this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board,
P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington North. If any objection is made
in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objec-
tion will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and
each objector will be advised of the time and place of the
hearing.
SCHEDULE
FIRST, all that parcel of land containing 5.1681 hectares,
more or less, situate in Block XIII, Oroua Survey District, in
the County of Manawatu, being part Lot 12, D.P. 999, and
being part of the land comprised and described in certificate
of title, Volume 7B, folio 1383, Wellington Land Registry,
as the same is more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan
30522 and thereon marked B.
Second, all that parcel of land containing 1.2909 hectares,
more or less, situate in Block XIII, Oroua Survey District,
in the County of Manawatu, being part Lot 11, D.P. 999,
and being part of the land comprised and described in certifi-
cate of title, Volume 7B, folio 1383, Wellington Land Registry,
as the same is more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan 30552
and thereon marked C.
The said pieces of land are situated in Ranfurly Road,
Manawatu County, adjoining the municipal rubbish dump.
