PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Hamilton 1975, No. 15.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
    hereby revoked.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
    hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

PURSUANT to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Wanganui 1975, No. 20.
  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
    declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs
    Act 1953.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is
hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of
a place of historical interest for the common use or benefit
of the Ngati Koata tribe.

SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Block XII, D'Urville Survey
District, and described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 1 0 That land created by partition order of the Maori
Land Court dated the 31st day of July 1895
and named Omona as shown on a plan lodged
in the South Island registry of the Maori Land
Court at Christchurch.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

of a burial ground for the common use or benefit of the
Ngati Koata tribe.

District, and described as follows:

0 1 0 That land created by partition order of the Maori
Land Court dated the 31st day of July 1895
and named Pawakaiwawe as shown on the plan
lodged in the South Island registry of the Maori
Land Court at Christchurch.

Cancelling the Reservation of Maori Freehold Land

WHEREAS by Order in Council dated 8 April 1936 published
in Gazette, No. 29, 16 April 1936, p. 759, the land described
in the First Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori reserva-
tion for the purpose of a meeting place for the common
use and benefit of the owners thereof:

And whereas by Order in Council dated 27 September
1939, published in Gazette, No. 124, 5 October 1939, p. 2649,
the land described in the Second Schedule hereto was included
in the Maori reservation constituted by the Order in Council
dated 8 April 1936 mentioned above:

And whereas it is desired to cancel the reservation as it
pertains to the lands mentioned in the First and Second
Schedules hereto:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 439 (5) of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953 notice is hereby given as follows.

NOTICE
THE reservation constituted by Order in Council dated 8 April
1936, published in Gazette, No. 29, 16 April 1936, p. 759,
and Order in Council dated 27 September 1939, published
in Gazette No. 124, 5 October 1939, p. 2649, in so far as it
pertains to the lands described in the First and Second
Schedules hereto, is hereby cancelled.

FIRST SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Block VIII, Nuhaka Survey
District, and described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 1 0 Nuhaka 2C2W33 as created by a partition order
of the Maori Land Court dated 27 June 1913.
