Notwithstanding such revocation, the provisions of Part II of the said determinations of the 22nd day of March 1967 and amendments thereto, relating to the use of certain goods entered under Tariff items 87.01.001, 87.02.001 to 87.02.009, 87.02.211 to 87.02.229 87.04.001, and 87.04.111, shall at all times after such revocation continue to apply to goods so entered during the currency of the said determinations.

It should be understood that the determinations comprised herein may be varied from time to time, by a notice published in the Gazette. In the case of major variations, at least three months notice of any such variations will, if practicable, be given.

EXPLANATORY NOTE: These determinations are a consolidation of previous determinations. Apart from some change in the format, and the inclusion of seat reclining mechanisms, no other changes have been made.
Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 32) 1975
PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 32) 1975.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. -
Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.

Licensing Lane and Sons Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Barge Shed, Wharf, Boat Repair Shed, Dinghy Shed and Two Ramps in Whangaroa Harbour
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Lane and Sons Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy parts of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Whangaroa Harbour, as shown on plans marked M.D. 674, M.D. 2251 and M.D. (N) 67, and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a barge shed, wharf, boat repair shed, dinghy shed and two ramps, as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto. The licence of 22 October 1969* authorising Lane & Sons Ltd., to occupy a site for a wharf and the licenceβ authorising Lane & Sons Ltd., to occupy a site for a saw-mill and shed are hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 8 years from the 1st day of October 1975.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be one hundred dollars ($100); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the term.
