Declaring Land Taken for an Institution Established Under the Children and Young Persons Act 1974 in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer No. 57782, and together with the right of way over part Lot 4, deeds plan 17, created by transfer No. 18215, for an institution established under the Children and Young Persons Act 1974, from and after the 13th day of November 1975.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land, Together with a Right of Way Easement Over Land, for Post Office Purposes (Microwave Station) in Block X, Moeangi Survey District, Dannevirke County

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration, dated the 4th day of September 1975, and published in Gazette, 18 September 1975, No. 78, at p. 2082, declaring land taken, together with a right of way easement over land for post office purposes (microwave station), by omitting both Schedules and substituting the following Schedules, and also by omitting the words “Block X, Moeangi Survey District” in the heading and substituting the words “Block II, Tahoraiti Survey District”.
