Appointment of Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to
Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints the Marlborough Sounds Maritime
Park Board to control and manage the reserve described in the
Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a
reserve for scenic purposes.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other
Land

Maniototo County Council pursuant to the said section 191B,
and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed
to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
