PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Rodney; also proclaims
as closed the road described in the Second Schcdule hereto;
also takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto
for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29;
and also declares that the road first described in the said
Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Ross Edward
Hood, of Kaipara Flats, farmer, and that the road secondly
described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed,
vest in Geoffrey Keith Gubb, farmer, Hilda Kathleen Gubb,
spinster, and Clarice Annie Gubb, spinster, all of Hoteo,
as tenants-in-common in equal shares, and that the land
described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so taken,
vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
County of Rodney.
