Maori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Gisborne 1974, No. 15.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
    hereby revoked.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
    hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

    Licensing Charles Frederick Warren to Occupy a Site for
    a Mussel Platform in Kaipara Harbour
    Pursuant to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the
    Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section, Marine Department, acting under a delegation from
    the Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A
    of the aforesaid Act, hereby licenses and permits Charles
    Frederick Warren, of Tinopai, Matakohc R.D. (hereinafter
    called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators,
    executors or successors or assigns unless the context requires
    a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the
    foreshore between Te Kauri and The Bluff in Kaipara
    Harbour as shown on plan marked M.D. 14379 and deposited
    in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for
    the purpose of maintaining thereon a mussel platform as
    shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed
    by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
    SCHEDULE
    CONDITIONS
    (1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
    far as applicable, apply hereto.
    (2) The term of the licence shall be 5 years from the 1st day
    of May 1972.
    (3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars
    ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall
    be twenty dollars ($20).

    Describing the Boundaries of the Te Aroha Abattoir District
    and Specifying the Piako County Council as the Controlling
    Authority of the Said District (No. 909 Ag. 20002A)
    Pursuant to section 15 of the Meat Act 1964, and to a
    delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries
    for the purpose of the said section, notice is hereby given
    as follows:

  5. The Te Aroha Abattoir District shall as from 1 October
    1974 comprise:
    The Borough of Te Aroha,
    The County of Piako, and
    The Borough of Matamata.
  6. The Piako County Council shall continue to be the
    controlling authority of the Te Aroha Abattoir.

    National Roads Board—Partially Revoking Declaration of
    State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
    Pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public
    Works Amendment Act 1963, the National Roads Board
    hereby revokes its resolution of 21 February 1973, pursuant
    to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963,
    declaring that part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff)
    from its junction with Riverbank Road near Otaki to its
    junction with Martin Street in Waikanae as more particularly
    shown on sheets 1 to 5 of plan M.O.W. 35042 and the
    accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident
    Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Porirua, and
    there available for public inspection, to be a limited access
    road in so far as it affects that part of the said No. 1 State
    Highway along the frontage of Part Lot 4, D.P. 7019, C.T.
    489/141.
