Crown Land Set Apart for a Postmaster's Residence in the
City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares
the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart
for a postmaster's residence from and after the 23rd day
of September 1974.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 36.77 perches situated
in the City of Wellington, being Lot 15, D.P. 17934. Part
notice No. 862433, Wellington Land Registry.

Dated at Wellington this 3rd day of September 1974.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken
in Block V, Takapau Survey District, Dannevirke County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, also hereby proclaims as closed the road described
in the Second Schedule hereto, and also hereby takes the land
described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of
subsection (6) of the said section 29, which land described
in the said First and Third Schedules shall vest in the
Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Dannevirke.

Land Proclaimed as Road

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 27.7 perches
situated in Block V, Takapau Survey District, Hawke's Bay

SECOND SCHEDULE

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

Road Closed

ALL that piece of road containing 3 roods and 33 perches
situated in Block V, Takapau Survey District, Hawke's Bay
R.D., adjoining or passing through Suburban Section 84,
Norsewood; coloured green on plan.

THIRD SCHEDULE

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

Land Taken

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 9.9 perches
situated in Block V, Takapau Survey District, Hawke's Bay
R.D., being part Suburban Section 82, Norsewood; coloured
yellow, edged yellow.

As shown on plan M.O.W. 26980 (S.O. 6280) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works and Development
at Wellington and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested in
Blocks II and III, Wainuioru Survey District, County of
Wairarapa South

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Wairarapa South and
also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed
vest in Bankview Station Limited, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Masterton, subject to
mortgage No. 980975, Wellington Land Registry.

deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development
at Wellington and thereon coloured green.

of the City of Waitemata.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 2 roods and 19.3 perches
(2511 square metres) situated in the City of Waitemata,
and being part Allotment 5, Waitakere Parish, part land
on D.P. 3912; as shown on plan M.O.W. 28021 (S.O. 47867)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development
at Wellington and thereon coloured yellow.

Dated at Wellington this 5th day of September 1974.

Declaring Land Taken for State Primary Schools in the
Auckland Education District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares
that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken, subject as to the land secondly described to the railway
middle line defined in proclamation 13576, North Auckland
Land Registry, for State primary schools from and
after the 23rd day of September 1974.
