Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of a change in
the appellation of the land following survey it is considered
necessary to replace the notice aforesaid; and whereas it is
also desired to release a certain parcel of the land from
the provisions of the said Part XXIV.
Now, therefore, pursuant to sections 330 and 332 of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby
gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
   Notice Whangarei 1974, No. 27.
2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
   hereby revoked.
3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
5. The land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby
   declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs
   Act 1953.
