Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes from and after the 12th day of September 1974.

Declaring Land and Sewage Easement Taken for a Teacher's Residence in Block XII, Waipu Survey District, County of Otamatea
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence and a sewage easement is hereby taken for a teacher's residence over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be held appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, her servants, agents, workmen, and licensees first, the full, free, and unfettered right, liberty, and licence from time to time and at all times to lay, relay, repair, renew, and maintain a sewage system for the purpose of discharging effluent from the septic tank on the land described in the said First Schedule on to the land described in the said Second Schedule, and secondly the full, free, and unfettered right to enter on the said land from time to time and at all times, with or without horses or other animals, vehicles, machinery, or implements of any kind for the purposes of maintaining, repairing, and renewing effluent lines, from and after the 12th day of September 1974.

As shown on plan M.O.W. 28036 (S.O. 49107) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon marked as above mentioned.

Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Teacher's Residence in the Borough of Waitara
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Waitara, by Charles Thomas McAlister, of Waitara, slaughterman, and Blanche Rose McAlister, his wife, as joint tenants, under and by virtue of lease No. 178557, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for a teacher's residence from and after the 12th day of September 1974.
