Authorising the Auckland Harbour Board to Reclaim Part of the Foreshore of the Waitemata Harbour

At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of August 1974

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from the Waitemata Harbour an area of 2 roods and 18 perches, more or less, of the Board’s endowment land as shown coloured red and yellow on plan M.D. 14689 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport, Wellington.

At the Government House at Wellington this 2nd day of September 1974

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175 (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim from the Onepoto Stream and Basin, Waitemata Harbour, Auckland, an area of 2 acres and 1 rood, more or less, as shown edged red on plan marked M.D. 15352 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.

Constitution of the Inangahua Joint Hydatids Control District (No. 883 Ag. 21171)

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of August 1974

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Inangahua Joint Hydatids Control District Order 1974.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. The areas comprising the Borough of Westport and the Counties of Inangahua and Buller as from time to time constituted are hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Inangahua Joint Hydatids Control District.

  3. The Inangahua Joint Hydatids Control Committee is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Inangahua Joint Hydatids Control District.

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Mangonui Hydatids Control District Order 1974.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
