Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Blocks VIII and XII, Hukerenui Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangarei; also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also takes the land described in the Third Schedule for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; also declares that the road first described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Roland George Andrews, of Whangarei, farmer, as to a two-thirds undivided share, and Ruth May Andrews, his wife, as to a one-third undivided share, subject to memorandum of mortgage A156620, and that the road secondly, thirdly, eighthly, and ninthly described in the said Second Schedule and the land first described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed and taken respectively, vest in Daniel Edward Scott and John MacDonald Scott, both of Whakapara, farmers, and Marilyn Joan Clancy, of Auckland, married woman, and that the road fourthly, fifthly, and seventhly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Henry Croft, of Hikurangi, farmer, and that the road sixthly,

tenthly, eleventhly, twelfthly, and thirteenthly described in the said Second Schedule, and the land secondly described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed and taken respectively, vest in Hokonui Farms Limited at Maungaturoto, subject to memorandum of mortgage 020636.2, North Auckland Land Registry.
