Pursuant to the Waterfront Industry Act 1953, the Minister of Labour hereby appoints

to be Chairman of the Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Picton for a term commencing on the 1st day of September 1974, and expiring on the 31st day of May 1975, vice Thomas Royden Harrison, resigned.
