FIFTH SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing 620 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark of the sea in line with the southern boundary of Section 5, Block III, Paekakariki S.D., and proceeding easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence generally north-easterly along that side, the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 2184, and its production to the eastern side of Paekakariki Hill Road, and along that side and the generally eastern side of No. 1 State Highway to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 3, Block II, Paekakariki S.D.; thence westerly to and along that boundary to the north-western corner of the said Section 3, along right lines distances 127.98 and 6.04 metres shown on S.O.
