FOURTH SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing 2690 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block IX, Kaitawa S.D., being the intersection of the middle of the Waikanae River as defined on M.L. Plan 1491 and the eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway, and proceeding generally southerly along that side to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Muaupoko B, to and along that boundary (including a right line across No. 1 State Highway), the north-western and south-western boundaries of Lot 6, D.P. 669, and the north-western and south-western boundaries of Lot 7, D.P. 669, to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 893; thence generally westerly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of Valley Road, along the middle of that road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 893, and to and along that boundary and the eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 3450, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the eastern side of No. 1 State Highway; thence southerly along that side to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 3, Block II, Paekakariki S.D.; thence westerly to and along that boundary to the north-western corner of the said Section 3, along right lines distances 127.98 and 6.04 metres shown on S.O. Plan 24511 and the production of the last-mentioned line to the middle of the Whareroa Stream, and down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the mean high-water mark of the sea; thence north-easterly along the mean high-water mark of the sea to and up the middle of the Waikanae River as defined on M.L. Plan 1491 to the point of commencement.
FIFTH SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District containing 620 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark of the sea in line with the southern boundary of Section 5, Block III, Paekakariki S.D., and proceeding easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence generally north-easterly along that side, the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 2184, and its production to the eastern side of Paekakariki Hill Road, and along that side and the generally eastern side of No. 1 State Highway to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 3, Block II, Paekakariki S.D.; thence westerly to and along that boundary to the north-western corner of the said Section 3, along right lines distances 127.98 and 6.04 metres shown on S.O. Plan 24511 and the production of the last-mentioned line to the middle of the Whareroa Stream, and down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the mean high-water mark of the sea; thence south-westerly along the mean high-water mark of the sea to the point of commencement.
