NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 2nd day of August 1974, presented to the said Court by ERWIN CHARLES HIEBER, of Rome, Italy, company director, and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 11th day of September 1974, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

MARLBOROUGH COUNTY COUNCIL Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road

NOTICE is hereby given that the Marlborough County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the taking of a portion of the road for the approach to the Carluke Bridge within the County of Marlborough and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited at the public office of the Marlborough County Council situated in Henry Street, Blenheim, and is there open for inspection to all persons during ordinary office hours. And that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing, and send such notice within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Wellington. And that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection shall be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

DAVID JOHN ADAMS, of Reefton, hereby gives notice that the partnership subsisting between himself and Alfred John Swain, of Christchurch, and carried on at Christchurch and Kaiapoi as blocklayers, has been dissolved as at 1 May 1973, and he will not be held liable for the actions of his former partner as from that date of dissolution.

PAPAKURA BOROUGH COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDER

THE Papakura Borough Council, in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, section 53 (2), and in exercise of all other powers enabling it, resolved by special resolution intended to operate as a Special Order to increase the total number of councillors from 8 to 10 exclusive of the Mayor. The foregoing Special Order was passed at an ordinary meeting of the Papakura Borough Council, held on 15 July 1974, and confirmed at a special meeting of the said Borough Council, on 12 August 1974, having meantime been advertised in the South Auckland Courier, on 18 July 1974, and the New Zealand Herald, on 2 August 1974.

The Common Seal of the Papakura Borough Council was hereunto affixed in the presence of His Worship the Mayor and Town Clerk.

ONE TREE HILL BOROUGH COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDERβ€”CONSTITUTION OF COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that the following Special Order resolution was passed at a meeting of the One Tree Hill Borough Council held on Tuesday, 25 June 1974, and confirmed at a special meeting of the One Tree Hill Borough Council held in the Council Chambers at 5 p.m., on Tuesday, 13 August 1974, having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star and New Zealand Herald on 20 July 1974, and 3 August 1974.

RESOLUTION

PASSED at meeting held on Tuesday, 25 June 1974:

That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by sections 53 and 77 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and amendments, and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the One Tree Hill Borough Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order that the membership of the One Tree Hill Borough Council be increased from six (6) councillors to eight (8) councillors and that the alteration hereby made in the number of members of the said council shall take effect at the triennial election of the council to be held on the 12th day of October 1974.

CONFIRMING RESOLUTION

PASSED at special meeting held on Tuesday, 13 August 1974:

That the Special Order passed and adopted at the monthly meeting of the Council held on Tuesday, 25 June 1974, and providing that the membership of the One Tree Hill Borough Council be increased from six (6) councillors to eight (8) councillors and that the alteration hereby made in the number of members of the said council shall take
