wife of Bertrand Charles Maurice Spiers, of Murchison, company director, and David James Sanders, of Maruia, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown renewable lease No. 1103, recorded in register book, Volume 81, folio 177 (Nelson Land Registry), and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Dorothy Spiers, wife of Bertrand Charles Maurice Spiers, and David James Sanders, of Maruia, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease recorded in register book.
