Stormwater Easement Over Land Taken for a Psychiatric Hospital in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, a stormwater drainage easement is hereby taken for a psychiatric hospital over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen first the full, free, and unfettered right, liberty, and licence from time to time and at all times to lay on, along, or under the said land a line or lines of pipes for the purpose of discharging stormwater and secondly the full, free, and unfettered right, liberty, and licence for Her Majesty the Queen, her servants, workmen and licencees to enter upon the said land, with or without horses, vehicles, machinery, or other implements for the purpose of maintaining or repairing the said line of pipes, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land held for a psychiatric hospital described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block IV, Waihi South Survey District, Tauranga County. for Road

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for deviating an existing road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Te Puke and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington; and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
