SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND REGISTRATION DISTRICT
ALL that parcel of land containing 16 acres 3 roods 8 perches,
more or less, situated in Block VII, Mount Fyffe Survey
District, being Section 22, District of Kaikoura Suburban,
and being also the whole of the land comprised and described
in certificate of title, Volume 53, folio 9 (Marlborough
Registry), limited as to parcels and title. The land is situated
close to the foothills of the Seaward Kaikoura Mountains
and is traversed by the channel of Luke Creek. The land is
bounded in the north and west by part Section 23 and
Section 18 and in the west by Section 21, District of Kaikoura
Suburban. The southern boundary of the property is
approximately 35 chains from Postmans Road.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL ORDER AUTHORISING AN INCREASE IN THE TOTAL
NUMBER OF COUNCILLORS EXCLUSIVE OF THE MAYOR, OF
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WELLINGTON
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 53 of the
Municipal Corporations Act 1954, that the Wellington City
Council resolved by way of Special Order on 12 June 1974,
as follows:
That the Wellington City Council, in exercise of the powers
vested in it by section 53 of the Municipal Corporations
Act 1954, doth hereby resolve by way of Special Order
that the total number of Councillors be increased from
sixteen (16) councillors exclusive of the Mayor to eighteen
(18) councillors exclusive of the Mayor.
And the Wellington City Council by further resolution
resolved on 5 August 1974:
That in order to conform with the provisions of an Order
in Council dated the 15th day of January 1973, and published
in New Zealand Gazette, Thursday, 18 January 1973, No. 4,
page 78, the Special Order adopted by Council on 10 July
1974, shall come into full force at the 1974 triennial general
election of the Council and that as from that date the
Council of the City of Wellington shall comprise 18 members,
exclusive of the Mayor, and ward representation shall be
as follows:
Makara Ward: 1 member.
Wellington City Ward: 17 members.

DECLARATION BY THE REGISTRAR DISSOLVING A CHARITABLE
TRUST
I, Reginald Leslie Codd, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated
Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to
appear to me that Devonport Christian Revival Crusade
Trust Board A. 1971/9 is no longer carrying on its operations, it is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 26 of
the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.
