2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are
   hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed
   by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are
   hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas
   for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
   1956*.
4. The Traffic (Takapuna City) Notice No. 1, 1969, dated
   the 19th day of November 1969† and the Traffic (Waitemata
   County) Notice No. 1, 1973, dated the 3rd day of April
   1973‡, and the Traffic (Waitemata County) Notice No. 5,
   1973, dated the 1st day of November 1973§, under section 52
   of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic
   Regulations 1956*, which relate to roads situated within
   Takapuna City, Waitemata County at Albany and Glenfield
