TAUMARUNUI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROADS
IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and its amendments, and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Taumarunui County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of roads, and for the purpose of such work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that the plans of the lands required to be taken are deposited at the public office of the said Council, situated in Manu aute Street, Taumarunui, and are open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary business hours. All persons affected by the taking of the said lands if they have any objections, which are not objections as to the amount of payment of compensation, which they may wish to make to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12-244, at Wellington North; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and their respective amendments:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf to execute a certain public work, namely in connection with street at the junction of Molesworth Street and Hawkestone Street in the City of Wellington and for the purposes of that public work in the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land which is required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Municipal Office Building, Mercer Street, in the said city and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours and that any person affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land shall if he has any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation send his written objection within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, 32 Mulgrave Street, Wellington. And notice is hereby further given that if any objection is made as aforesaid a public hearing of that objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of that hearing and at that hearing each objector will be advised of the reason for the proposed taking.
SCHEDULE
ALL those parcels of land situate in the City of Wellington containing first, 12 perches, being part of the section marked 565, delineated on the public map of the City of Wellington, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 22, folio 208, Wellington Registry. Subject to the building line restriction referred to in K. 21666. Secondly, 31.5 perches, being part Section 565, delineated on the public map of the City of Wellington, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 37, folio 113, Wellington Registry. Subject to the building line restriction referred to in K. 21666.
The said parcels of land are situated on the corner of Hawkestone Street and Molesworth Street in the City of Wellington.
