Transfer by the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand to the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation of Certain Instruments by Way of Security

PURSUANT to section 41 of the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation Act 1974, the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand hereby transfers all its interest, rights, and powers under the instruments by way of security, under the Chattels Transfer Act 1924, respectively mentioned in the Schedule hereto, to the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation of New Zealand.
