Declaring Land Taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the right of way granted by transfer 111184, for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway from and after the 18th day of July 1974.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Masterton Borough Council on the 23rd day of April 1974:

That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Masterton Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said borough in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.

Declaration That Portion of the Clifden Domain be Set Apart as a Site for a Public Hall and Vested in the Wallace County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that portion of the Clifden Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall, on and after the 5th day of July 1974, be set apart as a site for a public hall, subject to Part II of the said Act, to be known as the Clifden Public Hall and further, pursuant to the said Act, vests the said site in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wallace in trust for that purpose.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Tokanui Domain

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Tokanui Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
