declaring land taken for road in Block VI, Kerikeri Survey
District, Bay of Islands County, pursuant to section 32 of
the Public Works Act 1928, for the piece of land containing “9 acres 0 roods 32.6 perches” being part Lot 90, D.P.
24827, secondly described in the Schedule thereto, read
“0 acres 0 roods 32.6 perches” which last-mentioned area
appears in the original Declaration signed for the Minister
of Works and Development.

Constitution of the Nelson City Hydatids Control District

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Nelson City Hydatids Control District Order 1974.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the day after
   the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2. The area comprising the city of Nelson, as from time
   to time constituted, is hereby declared to be a hydatids
   control district to be called the Nelson City Hydatids Control District.
3. The Nelson City Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Nelson City Hydatids Control District.
