Board Appointed to have Control of the Moura Maori
Burial Ground
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby appoints
Albert Te Auheke Bennett,
Jack Te Aramoana Brady,
Richard Te Matau Park,
Laurance Raureti, and
Harry Semmens
to be the Moura Maori Burial Ground Board to have control
of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereby, subject
to the provisions of the said Act as a reserve for a Maori
burial ground subject to the condition that nothing, herein
contained, shall authorise further burials being made within
the boundaries of the said reserve.
Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs
Pursuant to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the
