PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development herebyβ€”
(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 14.2 perches adjoining or passing through Section 7, Block XI, Mangonui Survey District; as shown on plan M.O.W. 26614 (S.O. 46957) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby (a) declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road and, (b) stops the said road.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 3 acres 3 roods 5.7 perches, situated in Block V, Ohinewairua Survey District, adjoining part Motukawa 2B6; as shown on plan M.O.W. 27129 (S.O. 28534) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 1) 1974

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 1) 1974.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
  2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule here, to imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.
  3. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
