CORRIGENDUM
In item 1 (b) of the Schedule to the Milk Treatment Allowance Notice 1973, Amendment No. 1, dated 11 December 1973, and published in Gazette, 17 December 1973, No. 119, pp. 2729–30 for “0.81”, being the rate of cents per litre, read “0.85”, which last-mentioned rate appears in the original notice signed by the Chairman of the Milk Prices Authority.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of January 1974.

All that piece of land containing 2 roods situated in Block V, Titirangi Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being Lot 11, D.P. 45396. All certificate of title, Volume 1600, folio 96, North Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of January 1974.
