Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 24) 1974

Pursuant to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 24) 1974.
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff Item in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

3. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the class set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Omarama Pest Destruction Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Omarama Pest Destruction Board and revokes the reservation for Pest Destruction Board Buildings over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaration That Part of the Mapua Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Mapua Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
