Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes from and after the 11th day of July 1974.

ALL that piece of land containing 5.77 perches situated in the City of Wellington, being Lot 1, D.P. 8479. All certificate of title, Volume 381, folio 262, Wellington Land Registry.
