In our opinion, the accompanying balance sheet and statement of
profit and loss present fairly the financial position of the bank at 31
March 1974, and the results of its operations for the year then ended,
in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles applied
on a basis consistent with that of the preceding year.

Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding

the face of the advertisement.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing),
subscription $12 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
$5 per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and
1939-42 are out of print.)
