EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the lessee’s copy of the memorandum of lease set out in the Schedule hereto and application having been made for a provisional memorandum of lease in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such memorandum of lease on 18 July 1974.

SCHEDULE

LEASE 23492 whereof the Melanesian Mission Trust Board was the original lessor and George Kenmir Bunce, of Auckland, was the original lessee affecting 36.5 perches, being Lot 42, Deposited Plan 43408, part Allotment 29, District of Tamaki, comprised and described in certificate of title 1509/49.
