Approval of Qualified Persons for the Purposes of Section 402
of the Companies Act 1955
PURSUANT to section 402 of the Companies Act 1955, I
hereby approve
Pierre Van Mook
chartered accountant, resident of Brussels, rue des Archives,
122, and a member of the Institut des Reviseurs d'Entreprises
to be a qualified person for the purposes of that section in
respect of the accounts of Société Internationale de Télé-
communications Aéronautiques Société Cooperative. The
approval of Jean Plasschaert as qualified person in respect
of the accounts of that company dated 22 December 1971,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 27 January
1972, is hereby revoked.

Transfer of Certain Instruments by Way of Security from the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand to the Rural Banking and Finance
Corporation of New Zealand
PURSUANT to section 41 of the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation Act 1974, the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand hereby
transfers all its interest, rights and powers under the instruments by way of security, under the Chattels Transfer Act 1924, mentioned in the
Schedule hereto to the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation of New Zealand.
