Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested
in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School
to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a
school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed
and discharged from every education trust affecting the same,
but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements
affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT--FRANKLIN COUNTY
PART Allotment 91A, Tuakau Parish, situated in Block IV,
Onewhero Survey District: area, 6907 square metres, more
or less (S.O. Plan 48100).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 17th day of June 1974.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 17th day of
June 1974
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Union of Wairarapa
   and Eketahuna Pest Destruction Districts Order 1974.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of
   July 1974.
2. The boundaries of the Wairarapa Pest Destruction
   District (which was constituted by Order in Council on
   the 26th day of April 1971*), and the Eketahuna Pest
   Destruction District (which was constituted by Order in
   Council on the 15th day of May 1946†), are hereby declared
   united to form one district to be called the Wairarapa Pest
   Destruction District, the boundaries of which shall be those
   specified in the Schedule hereto.
3. The basis on which the board for the said District shall
   first levy its general rate shall be the acreage of the land
   occupied by the ratepayer.
