IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of PARAMOUNT PICTURES (N.Z.) LTD. (in liquidation):

NOTICE was given in the issue of the New Zealand Gazette dated the 13th day of June 1974 in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that the final general meeting of the above-named company would be held at the offices of Messrs Price, Waterhouse & Co., Chartered Accountants, A.N.Z. House, 203 Queen Street, Auckland, on the 25th day of June 1974, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon. However, due to unforeseen difficulties which have recently arisen, the distribution of surplus assets of the company will not be completed by that date.

Notice is hereby given that the final general meeting called for 25 June 1974 is therefore cancelled, and that, when distribution of the surplus assets of the company has been completed, a further notice of the final general meeting will be given in accordance with section 281 of the Companies Act 1955.
