Crown Land Set Apart as State Forest Land

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been set apart as State forest land as from the date of publication hereof.

Hawke's Bay Land District—Wellington Conservancy—Hawke's Bay County Lot 3, D.P. 12197, being part Kohurau Block, situated in Block XIII, Patoka Survey District: area; 2.6557 hectares, more or less. As shown on plan N. 124/14 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Hautu 4B2A2B1, situated in Block XII, Pihanga Survey District and Blocks V and IX, Waiotaka Survey District: area, 189.3928 hectares, more or less (M.L. 4623). Hautu 4B2A2C1, situated in Blocks V and IX, Waiotaka Survey District: area, 68.9483 hectares, more or less (M.L. 4623). Proposed Alteration of Boundaries of Manaia Town District and Waimate West County

It is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, pursuant to section 12 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto be excluded from the Manaia Town District and included in the Waimate West County. All persons affected who object to the proposed alteration of boundaries are hereby called upon to lodge any objections to, or petitions against, the proposed alteration with the Minister of Local Government, Wellington, within one month from the date of publication of this notice.

SCHEDULE

All that area in the Taranaki Land District comprising portion of the Manaia Town District and being all the land lying between the boundary of the town district and the western side of Kaipi Street, the northern side of Karaka Street, the eastern side of Hassard Street and the southern side of Kauae Street save and except that area forming the Manaia Domain.
