Amending a Notice Declaring Road in Block XIII, Ngatapa
Survey District, Cook County, to be Under the Control
and Management of the Cook County Council
Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
notice dated the 11th day of April 1974, published in Gazette,
24 April 1974, No. 38, at page 749, declaring road in
Block XIII, Ngatapa Survey District, Cook County, to be
under the control and management of the Cook County
Council, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the follow-
ing Schedule.
