Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Road Closed and Vested in Block VII, Pomahaka Survey District, Clutha County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Clutha, also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and declares that the road secondly to lastly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Alfred Arthur Broad, of Waiwera South, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 388090 and 388091, Otago Land Registry.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Blocks I and V, Russell Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 4th day of December 1973, published in Gazette, 19 December 1973, No. 121, at page 2758, and registered under number 057484, North Auckland Land Registry, proclaiming land as road and road closed and vested in Blocks I and V, Russell Survey District, Bay of Islands County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by adding after the word “hereto” in the fourth line thereof the words “which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands”.
