Land Taken for Resubdivision and Improvement in a Reclamation Area in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for resubdivision and improvement in a reclamation area proclaimed under Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1947, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of June 1974.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Auckland described as follows:

Land Taken for the Purpose of a Parking Place in the City of Nelson

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the right of way created by transfer No. 36453 and subject to the condition as to the building line imposed by Order in Council No. 1693, for the purpose of a parking place and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of June 1974.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 30.2 perches situated in the City of Nelson, being part of Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 2218, and being part of Sections 171 and 173, City of Nelson, all certificate of title, Volume 95, folio 92, Nelson Land Registry.
